Supply Chain Mediation Center

When things go wrong in the Supply Chain and there seems to be no solution in sight...what options do you have?

ABOUT US

Companies have more dispute settlement options than most know about. Recent changes in U.S. and International Law have strengthen the use of Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR) to settle disputes.

The first step is to resolve the dispute within the first month it has occurred. The longer you wait the more difficult and complicated matters become.  The Supply Chain moves along, and so does its people, their negative memories and the supporting documentation.  The end result is usually the same - either you address a dispute now and pay for it now; or pay for it later. Disputes seldom disappear. They age and grow complex with time.

The Supply Chain Mediation Center provides a 'non-adversarial' approach to dispute resolution. Our non-adversarial approach maintains relationships and avoids costly litigation expense. Generally the party who retains our services pays our fee. However, in many cases this fee is shared by both parties.  Many companies retain the Supply Chain Center with a yearly basis to compliment their legal, operations, sales and administrative departments.
